What counts as one scan?
One scan = one uploaded document. A 5-page lease is one scan. A 40-page employment agreement is one scan. Documents over 150 pages are split automatically — you are notified before any additional charge.
Do credits expire?
Never. Credits purchased on the Credits tier are yours to use whenever you need them. There are no expiry dates and no hidden fees.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, at any time from your account settings. You keep access through the end of your billing period. No cancellation fees.
What is FairDraft?
FairDraft generates professional document templates — leases, employment contracts, NDAs, waivers, and more — that are pre-optimized to pass FairFirm's own audit system. Every generated document is internally audited before delivery and must score 75+ to be released. Available on Peace of Mind and Guardian plans.
What is a Bundle Audit?
A Guardian feature: upload several related documents — say a lease plus its addendum and renewal — and FairFirm audits them together as one scan. On top of the standard analysis, it flags contradictions and changes between the documents, so you see where one clause quietly modifies or conflicts with another. The whole bundle counts as a single scan against your monthly total.
What is a Case File?
A Guardian feature for organizing an ongoing dispute. Group the related documents, audits, and letters into one chronological timeline, then export the whole thing as a single PDF — cover page, full timeline, and disclaimer included. Useful when a back-and-forth stretches over weeks and you want everything in one place.

What file types are supported?
PDF, DOCX, and photos or scans (JPEG, PNG, HEIC, and TIFF). FairFirm uses OCR to extract text from images.
